Privacy Policy

What we collect

Clocked stores only what it needs to function: voice channel join and leave events (user ID, channel ID, timestamps) from Discord servers where the bot has been invited and configured. We do not read messages, we do not record audio, we do not process server content of any kind.

Account data

When you subscribe, we store your Discord user ID, email, and Stripe customer ID so we can authenticate you and manage your subscription.

Opt-out

Any member of a Discord server where Clocked runs can opt out of tracking at any time by running /clocked-optout. Their past data is kept but excluded from all rankings and stats.

Data retention after cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, your historical data is kept for 30 days in case you return, then permanently deleted.

Sharing

We never sell or share your data with third parties. The only external services we use are Stripe (for payments) and Discord (obviously).
